Craft Beer Journal Hits 5000 Followers On Twitter
Today Craft Beer Journal hits 5000 followers on Twitter; a huge milestone! We are less than 18 months young and we believe that we (with the help of all of our followers) have been able to help the beer community as a whole.
Thanks to our great followers for their retweets and mentions over this short time. We will continue to share craft beer related stories and news with you all via Twitter while sharing similar info on our Facebook, Linked In and Google+ accounts. Of course we will also continue to publish unique and relevant news, stories and articles on our own website, craftbeerjournal.com, as well.
We will always give you a retweet if you post a craft beer related tweet, but you may have to ask. Just send a quick note with a link to the tweet and simply ask for a retweet. With the number of people, bloggers and businesses that are following us and that we follow, we miss a lot of great tweets that we would otherwise love to retweet. Don’t be shy, send us a message!
If you enjoy our tweets and our website please share with your friends! Together we can help educate people about craft beer and help the whole craft beer industry continue its upward momentum. Sometimes a little education can go a long way. People often care a lot about what they eat but don’t even think about the beer that they drink. Let’s stick together and show people the differences between the macro beer that is brewed with many adjuncts, beer that need to be ice cold in order to choke one down and the craft beer that develops wonderful flavors as they warm up and are made with high quality ingredients.
Just keep in mind that we can’t convert everyone to craft beer, some will never ever be a craft beer drinker. For others, a little education, along with being slowly introduced to bigger, tastier beers will eventually win them over. Be patient, be persistent and do not force anything on anyone. It takes time to change your taste buds. There are so many great beers on the market, everyone will have a transition beer; it just may take a little while to find it.
Thank you all once again for your wonderful support! If you would like to get a hold of me, just swing by the Contact Us page and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
